Rocky Ridge Auto Sales and Service has been in the business of selling quality, pre-owned vehicles since 1979. We take pride in the friendly, personal service we offer our customers. Our wide selection of clean, low-mileage cars, trucks, and sport utility vehicles are thoroughly inspected and cleaned before we put them on our lot for sale. Most of our vehicles are hand selected one owners with low miles. We have Vehicle History Reports available for most vehicles. It has been our policy for years to only sell vehicles with a clear history. All vehicles are clearly marked with our low, no-haggle price.

Interior Detailer [Position Available]
This is a great opportunity for someone after school till 8:00 and Saturdays.

Consists of:

  • Shampooing and carpets and upholstery
  • Disinfecting and detailing the entire vehicle
  • Plus, anything else that can be expected

Sales Person [Position Available]

This could be a part time (25-39 hours a week) or a full time

Service Technician (Mechanic) [Full-Time & Part-Time positions available]
The Service Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership standards
  • Communicate with parts suppliers to obtain needed parts, inform service manager if vehicle is awaiting parts and pursue special order of parts if necessary
  • Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by customer
  • Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by customer
  • Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required
  • Notify service manager immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs can not be completed within the time promised
  • Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order using the concern, cause and correction format
  • Road-test vehicles to check work performed
  • Ensure that customer vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced
  • Keep shop area neat clean and be able to account for all dealership owned tools at all times
  • Understand and follow federal, state and locate regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous waste
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
  • Follow company safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt and harsh chemicals
